“爱心火炬基金”于2008年6月7日成立，是在前全国人大常委会副委员长成思危领导下的我会的专项基金，其使命是：扶持灾区及贫困地区女性创业，以帮助她们的家庭脱贫致富，并将她们的成功与下一批需要帮助的人分享，将捐助者的一份爱心不断放大并传递下去。基金的第一个项目是扶持灾民在北川种植可以提炼精油的玫瑰，在废墟上收获美丽。
您的善举传递的是我会09年第一棒爱心的火炬，将点燃北川人们自强自立的希望，它将与您的艺术作品一样永远为世人所铭记。

Dear Mr. Feng，
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate your exhibition’s grand opening in Beijing and thank you for your generosity of donating one of your fine work and the loyalties of your selection.
The” Torch of Love Fund” established in June 7, 2008, is a subsidiary charitable fund under our foundation, led by Mr. Cheng Siwei, former Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee. Its mission is to raise donations to help the women in disastrous and poverty stricken areas to be self-sufficient through hard work. They will share their profits with the next group of people in need and pass them the torch of love. Thus, a donation from one will be continuously passed down through generations. Its first project is to help people in Beichuan to plant roses which will totally change their poor lives.
Your donation is our first torch of love in 2009 which will be passed out and light up the hope of starting new life from the ruins. Your love will be remembered forever together with your masterpieces.
